Warehouse
The warehouse allows the complete management of customers personal data with basic bill management and warehouse movements. It is possible to view and print the partitarian, inventory and customizable statistics on articles, exportable in Excel and Access. There is also an integrated statistics of costs and revenues from the order to supplier to the order/invoice.
Delivery notes and Invoices
Upload and print delivery notes, invoices and receipts. The forms are customizable in Crystal Report. You can automatically generate invoices from delivery notes and manage agent commissions. Archimede offers a complete management of electronic invoice and notifications.
General accounting
Archimede allows the general accunting management, in particular through the first-note articles, account plan and bank reconciliation management. It is possible to view and print the general journal, the ledgers, the simple budget and with contasting sections with the posibility to compare with previous years as well as statistics with graphs and control features on quadrature articles. Moreover, the program allows the reclassifications of the budget in accordance with EEC directives.
VAT Management
The software allows the inclusion and the management of customers and suppliers personal data, the registration of invoices payable, the management of open lots, VAT registers and fees with the related closures VAT. You can get statistics on receipts, payments and turnover. Archimede allows to manage the bank flows to be sent to credit institutions and to generate the files to be sent to the Revenue Agency according to the formats provided by the regulations (periodic liquidations, esterometer, intrastat).
Cost centers
Archimede manage completely and intuitively the cost centers by linking them to the first-note and to the invoice management. It is possible to manage budget, statistics on cost centers, printouts, budget by cost centers.
Assets
It allows you to manage the loading, updating and depreciation of tangible and intangible assets of the company. The software is equipped with a convenient predictive processing and automatic generation of annual depreciation allowances, with relevant accounting entries of the petty cash book. There is also the possibility to the print the register of assets and a series of lists to monitor the situation of assets.
Supplier orders
Loading and printing of quotation requests and supplier orders with order management. It is possible to carry out an advanced search of materials already in order, to unload the order to the reception goods besides the autocomposition and recording of the invoice. Archimede previews the detection of the undersshort with creation of the order, the reception and recording of the purchase invoices, the management of the delivery notes to supplier and the management of the non conformity. It is possible to generate statistics on service and on orders partially or fully processed and invoiced.
Estimates and orders
The software allows the upload and the printing of quotation, orders and confirmations of order with management of the committed. It is possible to make advanced research on materials already in order. The unloading of the order in delivery note/Invoice can happen in direct way. There are statistics on orders partially or completely processed and invoiced.
Garage management
It allows the creation of lists of vehicles and car fleet customers and through the graphic planning can be entered and managed vehicle bookings. You can upload and print the acceptance form in the workshop and the orders as well as automatically generate receipts and invoices from the vehicle order. Archimede also allows the management of the margin VAT regime, the suspension of car stamps, guarantees, spare parts warehouse and schedules of blue stamps and revisions.
Shop management (sizes and colours)
Archimede allows the management of the specific warehouse with items divided by type, size and color of the garment. You can quickly load and reorder the inventory with color and size coding with the possibility to read barcodes. The softawre is connected to supplier orders also allows the printing of customizable labels, the management of sales to stock, the list of stock items in stock, the management of promotional sales and the creation and use of fidality card. The front office can also be conveniently used in a touchscreen version.
Industrial accounting
It is possible to load and print industrial orders for components or manufacturing products managing costs and revenues in connection with invoices and orders. Archimedes allows you to create work orders, follow the progress of production, manage deliveries scheduled and due. There are statistics on orders, cost sheets and deliveries. - In addition to traditional software, it is possible to develop applications that can interface with Archimede (transient archives) and thus allow its use even from mobile devices without risk to data security.
- Here beside there is for example a Web App designed for the daily marking of users and the subsequent loading of an intervention report to one or more customers. The user in the loading phase can match the customer to the correct order, confirm the start and end time of work, and any additional notes.
- Through periodic scheduled operations the data of the Web App will be updated in Archimede, allowing the consultation in a fast way.
