For more than 40 years we have been focusing our efforts mainly on the creation of modular management software for small and medium-sized enterprises, with analytical and programming assistance. In this way we can create customized projects, depending on our customers needs.
Our flagship project is Archimede, the product of which we have more than 500 installations in Italy and worldwide.
During our evolution we have been created a lot of others procedures aimed to the management of hotels, restaurants, printers and litographics, technical studies, auto workshops and shops. We created also a valid proposal for digital document storage.
For some years now we have also been collaborating with Euronics stores, providing specific software for warehouse and sales management.

A Web App is software accessible via an Internet browser, without the installations on the user’s device, unlike traditional apps.

// Accessibility: can be used from any device connected to the internet and equipped with a browser: PC, tablet or smartphone.
// Centralized updates: updates are managed centrally, eliminating the need to do them manually on each individual device.

Examples:

Reports for hours intervention

  • Through this Web App you can manage the daily marking and the interventions of the technicians at customer sites
  • It's possible to search within the orders of each customer, alphabetically or by number
  • Entered the data by the operator and closed the report, are then imported data in Archimede (also in 'time management'), through scheduled operations
  • A special 'Administrator' area allows a user with higher privileges to consult all reports uploaded by operators, and the activation/deactivation of access operators

Catering table management

  • Using this procedure the orders of the tables of your bar and restaurant are managed (you must already have our software 'Ulysses')
  • Each waiter has a dedicated access, with which he can always have under control the situation of orders
  • You can choose the dishes (also with variants and additional notes), sending the prints to the kitchen
  • From PC it's always possible to manage all tables and apply any changes on the data entered. At the end the waiter can send the request for the generation of the receipt.

Inventory

  • It’s a web app that allows the operator to inventory the warehouse faster. Through a handheld with qr-code reader/ barcode, framing the image are presented to the operator the code and the article description: he will now only enter the quantity inventoried.

Preshipping documents

  • Through this procedure it is possible to accompany the customer during the choice of products/ materials to buy in stock or exhibition rooms and be able to prepare a document of 'Preshipping documents' that in the closing phase of the sale will be managed by the counter operator.
