From the loading/unloading warehouse to the delivery notes of account workmanship and sale, up to the final balance of verification of the profitability of the single job / department / period.
Complete and closing of the work with issuing invoices, drawing up of the balance statements. Schedules and management summaries to verify the progress of the individual processing phases.
Price quotation
Progressively numbered, they also offer the possibility of developing quotes for Photolithe, photocomposition, Digital printing, Offset printing and post-printing processing.
Parameterized data
The calculation data are automatically parameterized by the customer records thus allowing the customization of the economic treatment. Up to four quantities can be quoted automatically at the same time.
Constant data monitoring
The execution of the calculation is constantly verified through summarizing masks of each execution phase.
Prints of all kinds
Several summary prints are available for sending offers to customers by email. Estimates can be quickly duplicated for the calculation of execution variants.
Production orders
Numbered progressively with the same number of the contract consisting of several phases such as photolith, digital printing, offset printing complete with prepress for blueprints and metal printing matrices.
Purchase orders
Purchase orders for raw materials and external processing from contractors are issued automatically. Vouchers for internal checks can be generated and printed with the possibility to forward to the recipient contractor.
Global work control
It is possible to manage the warehouse loading and unloading, with the work progress monitoring, the machine commitment and the programming of the machining and subsequent phases.
Delivery notes
It is possible to manage the processing and sales account delivery notes quickly and easily.
Work actual figures
An easy compilation allows the verification of the profitability of the single job with the acknowledgment of the differences of execution and the signalling of not anticipated additional workings.
Production orders verification
There are verification prints for single order, department or period.
Invoicing and management
The invoicing management is very fast and allows the issuance of invoices with the consequent sending to the interchange system or the generation of the file according to the formats provided by the legislation, the creation of the bank flows and the drawing up of the budget.
